We combined water, baking soda and vinegar to make carbon dioxide bubbles. The foam overflowed!
Fire needs oxygen. If you put a cup over the candle flame, it will use up the oxygen and go out.
Which is heavier, oxygen or carbon dioxide? Carbon dioxide!
The students cheered after the Mentos and cola experiment!

Unfortunately, I couldn't get a good shot of this in Kanazawa, so here's a shot of the time I did this as a lesson for the Nakamura Saturday School.
